We had an amazing stay at Bird Exclusive Guest House & Spa. the villa is well maintained and the rooms are big and clean, with a very comfortable bed. the staff was very nice and friendly, and the checkout time at 2 pm was amazing. the property was well organized with lots of personality. Mehdi, one of the staff members, was beyond gracious and really curious about many topics, making for great conversation. Ismial was also very kind. It felt like a home away from home, and we felt safe and secluded. If you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Morocco, we definitely recommend this place. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 👍.

The guestrooms at The Bird Exclusive Guest House & Spa are absolutely amazing! The cozy beds and 24-hour room service make you feel like royalty. And the balconies with pool view? Stunning! I couldn't ask for more as an adventurous traveler like myself.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my taste.

This hotel offers a sense of tranquility and safety, so you can truly relax. If you're looking for peace, this is the right place. While a bit far away from the Main Square , the location is perfect for visiting attractions like Ourika and Imlil in lower Atlas Mountains. the comfortable beds and clean, sufficiently modern rooms contribute to a pleasant stay.
Some details advertised about facilities seem to be either lies or exaggerated.

However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour front desk, which made check-in and check-out very convenient. The poolside bar served refreshing drinks, which was a great way to relax after a long day exploring.
The location of Bird Exclusive Guest House & Spa is a bit far from the main market square, so it takes about 30 minutes to drive there. Reliance on taxis or the hotel driver is not recommended as it can be time-consuming.

Spent New Year's Eve at a gorgeous boutique hotel surrounded by lush vegetation with plenty of space. the staff was charming and always ready to fulfill every request. the pool was impressive, and it was heated so we could swim in the evening and relax in the well-equipped outside area. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options that were very comforting in the morning.
Two minor aspects were the distance from the main attractions, but taxis solved it quickly, and the hot tub was a bit dirty.

Luxurious Amenities and Exceptional Service Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience. the exclusive amenities, such as the private facilities and swimming pool, were exceptional. the service provided by the staff was top-notch, always going above and beyond to fulfill our needs. the room advantages were also noteworthy, with comfortable and spacious accommodations. the location advantages provided a peaceful retreat away from the busy city, but still well-connected to major attractions.
Minor Aesthetic Issue the only negative aspect was a minor aesthetic issue, which did not greatly affect the overall experience. the staff immediately responded to resolve the issue.
